Refrigerated Water Filling Station Option #1

1. Open up existing block wall to install new plumbing

2. Drill hole through floor at wall location to pass through drain and water line

3. Attach new drain and water line to existing water line underneath concrete floor

4. Install water bottle filling station

5. Repair existing block wall and repaint

 

Refrigerated Water Filling Station With Drain Pump Option #2

1. Install a drain pump on the opposite side of the block wall. Opposite the wall is a steel stud framed drywall wall attached to the existing concrete wall. 

2. Provide rough in water line and drain line for pump through existing steel stud frame up to ceiling height approximately 10', travel approximately 10' horizontally across ceiling, bring rough in plumbing down approximately 10' down existing bathroom wall and attach to existing vanity plumbing

3. Install water bottle filling station

4. Repair drywall and paint out existing wall
   
    

Install non refrigerated water bottle filling station

1. Remove existing water fountain

2. Re-use existing plumbing

3. Install new non refrigerated water bottle station

4. Repair any damage to block wall and paint out

Washroom Renovation - No Picture

1. Paint approximately 400 square feet of existing wall - 1 primer and 2 finish coats

2. Paint existing baseboard 6" approximately 70 linear feet

Door #1

1. Remove existing 32" door only x 2 - Door frames will remain

2. Install new door with full light x 2

3. Paint new door x 2

Door #2 - Rough Opening 126" x 85"

1. Remove door, frame and glass

2. Install new door frame, glass and door hardware

3. Seal door frame and paint

Door # 3 - Rough Opening 135" wide x 85" high

1. Remove door, frame and glass

2. Install new door frame, doors and hardware

3. Seal door frame and paint
