This was a home addition/kitchen by MaKenady Construction Services Inc. completed in 2017.

Scope of work as follows:

1. Architectural, Structural & Mechanical Drawings

2. Excavation for footings and foundation wall

3. Form footings and foundation wall

4. Pour concrete

5. Frame new floor

6. Frame flat roof for 2nd floor bedroom walkout

7. Demolition of exterior wall

8. Erect 20 foot steel beam and recess into ceiling

9. Frame walls and 

10. Install new rough in plumbing

11. Install rough electrical for lights and kitchen appliances

12. Install new rough in HVAC

13. Drywall and tape new walls and ceiling

14. Paint walls and ceiling

15. Brick exterior wall

16. Install new doors and windows

17. Install new hardwood flooring

18. Install kitchen cabinets

19. Install finish plumbing and electrical
